The Library has 4 computer clusters, totalling 36 computers, which are dedicated for academic research purpose. This includes searching the WebPAC (Catalogue), AUDil, the Internet for Academic purposes and DVD / CD-ROMs based educational databases.

All first Year Undergraduate and Graduate students in all Colleges are required to attend Library registration and Information Literacy Skills (ILS) training at notified times upon University registration.

The desk handles general to specific clients' requests and is also a good referral point to various Library products, services and staff.
